Return Policy
Returns are easy! Just call 918-321-2771 for an exchange on certain products (within seven working days from original delivery date). Please secure an authorization number  which should appear on the outside of the package containing items for exchange. Sorry, returns or exchanges cannot be made on worn, altered, special cut suits or shoes that have been worn on any uncarpeted surface or that have heels that have excessive wear.  All returns are pending CP Annie approval.

Payment Policy
Please specify your choice of billing at time of order. If not specified, your order will be shipped COD/Cash.
COD: No requirements to qualify. Send Cashier's check or Money Order only. If you need to know the total of your shipment, please refer to price list, or ask for your total when ordering.
Charge: Qualifying requirements include current credit card, signature of cardholder, credit limit. Card charged on Day Shipped.  Customer responsibility to notify CP Annie with current expiration dates. If your card expires and you cannot be reached with a phone call, your order will be shipped COD Cash.
   
Care Instructions
Hand wash, spot clean, and/or dry clean only at your own discretion. CP Annie assumes no responsibility for fabric streaks, stains or snags that may occur.  Tips: Avoid fabric contact with make up, deodorants, sprays, gels and other chemicals.

Custom Orders
French Cut or Special Cut Suits are available and an additional charge. (A special cut is any suit deviated from the standard pattern, including long suits, special measurements suits, or suits with a back or front not specified in the styles shown in catalog.)  Special Draft Fees may apply.

Selling Policy
According to Federal Health Laws, swimsuits are not to be available for rental or resale purposes. CP Annie Wholesale Productions, Inc. does not allow rental or resale of any product.

Turn Around Time
Suits are available to be shipped approximately 4 weeks from date of order. To accommodate last minute needs, we may offer a "Rush" option, which ships approximately 3 weeks from order date and a "Super Rush" option which ships approximately 2 weeks from order date. "Rushes" and "Super Rushes" are not guaranteed to be shipped by certain dates.  Dates for "Rushes" and "Super Rushes" are approximate.  All requests for "Rush" orders are accepted or denied at the discretion of CP Annie Wholesale Productions, Inc.  Certain requests cannot be accommodated due to time constraints, etc.  Some suits are kept in stock and can be shipped immediately.  Ask about suits that may be available for immediate shipping.

Shipping
CP Annie uses United Parcel Service for all shipments. Unless requested at time of order, delivery is usually sent via Ground UPS service. Shipping charges are based on weight, distance and requested speed of delivery. For Hawaii and Alaska add $10.00. For Saturday Delivery add $10.00
